Diane Bucci is resident in the firm’s New York office. Diane represents insurance companies in a broad range of liability coverage issues under commercial, professional, employment practices, and other standard form and manuscript policies. She regularly advises insurers in complex coverage disputes involving construction defect issues, allocation issues, additional and other insured questions, and the trigger of coverage in progressive losses. Ms. Bucci also counsels insurers on all aspects of risk management and litigation issues, including good faith obligations as well as primary-excess, allocation, and other insurance issues. She frequently provides in-house training seminars to insurers and third-party administrators regarding claims-handling practices and insurance coverage analysis and is certified to instruct on these issues in several states.

Ms. Bucci’s article “Elements of the Attorney-Client Privilege” was published in the The Brief, a publication of the ABA Tort & Insurance Practice Section, and her article “Reviewing New York’s Speaking Agent Rule” was published in the New York Law Journal.

Ms. Bucci serves as cochair of the Fairfield County Bar Association's Civil Litigation Committee, where she organizes and presents various programs for CLE credit.
