Carole G. Rapoport

Carole G. Rapoport joined the firm in January 2007 as an Associate.  Ms. Rapoport previously worked as an Associate at Denner Pellegrino focusing on medical malpractice, product liability, contract disputes and other business litigation. 

Ms. Rapoport received her JD from Suffolk University Law School.  She was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, which published her article, “Dream Team or Evidentiary Nightmare:  Defining When a Government Agency is Part of the Prosecution Team.”  She received a BFA degree from Boston University.

Ms. Rapoport is admitted to practice before the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts bar.
